• Check out time is 12 noon
• Additional 50% is charged on room rate for check outs from 12 noon to 6 pm
• For reservations not guaranteed,  a deposit will be required on arrival
• Unguaranteed reservation is cancelled after 4pm on arrival day
• Room service is 10% of the order bill
